This website is operated by Josh Battistella trading as Fuel Nutrition. We provide personalised 1:1 performance nutrition and endurance coaching services through the Fuelled Programme.

Fuel Nutrition is committed to complying with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal information that is necessary to deliver our coaching services and operate this website. This includes:

• Health and training information - information you provide about your fitness level, training history, race goals, dietary habits, health conditions and any other relevant information shared during onboarding or coaching
• Payment information - billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details directly
• Communications - messages, check-in responses and any other communication you send to us via the app, email or direct message
• Website usage data - general information about how you use this website, collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Section 6)

We only collect information that is relevant and necessary for the purposes described in this policy. You are not required to provide sensitive health information, but doing so allows us to provide more effective and personalised coaching.

• App and software providers - including the Fuel Nutrition App platform, to deliver your programme

All third-party providers are required to handle your information securely and only for the purpose of providing services to us. We do not authorise them to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also disclose your information where required by law, court order or regulatory authority.

5. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

Your personal information is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Access to your information is restricted to Josh Battistella and any trusted service providers who need it to deliver the programme.

Health and training information shared during the programme is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by emailing josh@fuelnutrition.net or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect your ability to receive essential programme communications.

8. USE OF RESULTS FOR MARKETING

With your consent, Fuel Nutrition may use anonymised or attributed client results, testimonials and outcomes for marketing purposes, including on this website, social media and in advertising. This may include Strava data, personal bests and written or video testimonials.

If you do not wish your results or likeness to be used for marketing purposes, please let us know in writing at josh@fuelnutrition.net and we will not do so.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct any inaccurate or out-of-date information
• Request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it
• Withdraw consent for us to use your information for marketing purposes
